Harlie Venture bringing back the "2nd YOUTH SKATEBOARDING COMPETITION 2013" on 7th April 2013 to be held at The Penang Municipal Park / Penang Youth Park. There will also be a special appearance by Charlie Wilkins, a pro skater from USA who will be here performing live skateboarding in Penang, Malaysia. Cash prizes and skate products are awaiting you.
