Ok here's the real deal. Please ignore the previous one as we have misinformed some of the details. First, you can get the form at participating outlets like Studio R, Stadium and all Royal Sporting House (please click the flyers to see the outlet listing) or you can DOWNLOAD IT HERE.
Secondly you must submit the forms before 26th November 2008 either send them to all mentioned outlets or send them thru e-mail to : weiteing@rsh.com.my
Participation Fees is RM 5 and each participant entitled to an exclusive VANS t-shirt and a goody bag worth RM 120. So start download the form, fill it up and send it now or before 26th November 2008!!!
