*Pendaftaran bermula dari jam 0830 - 0930 pada 6 Disember 2008. Sila bayar yuran pendaftaran sebanyak RM5 pada hari yang sama di Sunway Pyramid Mall (Orange entrance).
*Pihak penganjur berhak menyingkirkan peserta-peserta yang gagal atau lewat mendaftar pada masa yang ditetapkan.
* Sila serahkan salinan ini bersama tandatangan peserta pada masa pendaftaran.
* Setiap penyertaan akan menerima kemeja-T eksklusif VANS dan juga goody bag yang bernilai RM 120.
* Anda juga boleh muat turun borang dan isi borang tersebut, save dan kemudian hantarkan kepada : weiteing@rsh.com.my

*The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any contestant who is late or has failed to attend the registration.
