The Golden Week: Tent Festival 2012, in celebration of the 250th Municipal Founding Anniversary of Talisay, Camarines Norte, Philippines.

It is a yearly TENT/CAMPING tourism project in support of positive developments for San Jose Beach, Talisay, Camarines Norte, Philippines. This is done with the aid of different subculture lifestyles with Surfing at San Jose Beach as the starting point. It also features Skimboarding, Downhill longboarding, and skateboard competition among others.

This Festival is a major move to reach a bigger objective, not just tourism. It is aimed to promote and help improve or develop the social, cultural and environmental systems of the affected community and neighboring communities, with particular focus on sustainable agriculture and permaculture.

DC ALL ASIAN AMATEUR CHAMPIONSHIPS 2011

Starting this March 5, DC is having a skate competition every month until the finals on May 14 at DC's Skatepark in Alabang, Philippines. For all interested participants, it’s free to register at any DC Store in Philippines.

The Champion will then represents the Philippines in DC's All Asian Amateur Championships in Singapore this coming June. So is there going to be Malaysian selection for the Championship in Singapore? Well we heard its going to be at Bukit Kiara Skatepark. Will get back once we've got all the details.
