MORE ANGLES OF KK SKATEPARK DESIGN

John Glaze; the skatepark designer for KK Skatepark at Youth Challenge Park was here few days ago and i've been skating with him at Shah Alam and PCP Putrajaya lately. It was his first trip to KL (been a lot to KK before this), he's a nice guy and a bowl ripper. The design as seen above have been sent to me last year but have't got the permisson from him at that time to posted it on the web. So now i have them and and i bet it's gonna be the best concrete park (x-finger), yet it will be 1st concrete skatepark in Sabah or East Coast of Malaysia. By judging the pic above, the park was well designed, not too cramp or tight, and have a nice flow in it (tak kelam kabut..hahaha). The bowl with the cradle will have a 9' feet deep end and shallow is 6', the W shape bowl with a nipple in the middle like an eyedrop is 5' high overall, well that's all i know so far. The construction has begun 6 months ago but the work has been slow down due to lots of raining and thunder storm in KK. Well that's abit of head start info. More angle of the park HERE
