Kedah memenangi Piala Malaysia sekali lagi selepas membenam Selangor 3-2 pada perlawanan akhir Piala Malaysia edisi ke-82 di Stadium Nasional Bukit Jalil, malam tadi.Kejayaan itu sekali gus menjulang Kedah untuk terus mempertahankan koleksi tiga gelaran iaitu juara liga, Piala FA dan Piala Malaysia buat musim kedua berturut-turut.(gambar www.utusan.com.my). LOCAL RIDERS UPDATE!!!

For the past few months, HAIRUL ZAIN (KECHIQ AMPUNK) has been riding for NIKE SB (South East Asia). But now he is no longer with them. We would like to wish Kechiq Ampunk all the best in all his future endeavors and we hope to see more of his skateboarding skills in "Projek P2".(photo from http://www.streething.com/)

SKATE FOR SINGAPORE - BEST LINE

Here's another Best Line contest held in Lion City this weekend on the 9th of August 2008 at Somerset Skate park.

1st Prize : $1000 worth of prizes
2nd prize : $800 worth of prizes
3rd prize : $500 woth of prizes

How it’s going down: with 3 line to skate (manny, rail and ledge). Total of 6 groups consisting of 5 skater in each group. 10 min run per each group. 1 skater will be chosen from each group to compete in the final run. Final run will be given 15 min.

Bonus Round: Best Trick Handrail / Stairs

No pre-registration required and best of all it’s FREE!!!

DANNY WAY - INSANE SLAM

It was Jake Brown before but today X-Games 14, it was Danny Way's turn. He did landed the backflip rocket air over the mega jump ramp and then hit the mega vert with a Melon 540 but a bit too far away from the lip and bail by hitting his shins off the coping with his body flipping forward. Ouch!!! It was the most gnarliest and scariest bail ever this year. But the good thing that he's ok and back up again doin the same tricks and nailed it by end up 2nd place. Damn, D-Way is a cyborg!!!
